Would you describe yourself with your hips? In this poem She describes herself with her hips. This poem talks a lot of her personality and how she desceribes herself. She also says that she is proud if how she is , she has no problems with that.
As you said she describes herself as a black woman an nothimg else. Also she talks about her hips because it it something important for won and she is proud of it. Also she says that no everyone deserve to have a hip like her because she is proud of them and some wont.
